Each of our six YMCAs with full fitness centers -- located in Ellington, Granby, Hartford, Plainville and Putnam -- offers 50+ group exercise classes each week FOR FREE with your Y membership! We also have group classes at two of our program branches, in East Hartford and Glastonbury.
These programs offer a small-group training experience in a specialty subject. In an intimate setting, take your training to the next level! These programs have an additional fee for the 6-week program.
We offer outstanding recreational sports programs for participants aged 18 and older! Hone your athletic skills, get in the best shape of your life and have fun while you're at it—even on your lunch hour!
