Your membership includes one complimentary Wellness Assessment with a Personal Trainer. In this session, your trainer will assist you in determining your baseline fitness, setting smart goals and creating a simple workout plan to make your wellness journey a success. TRY A CLASS OR PROGRAM
To get the most out of your membership, you have to use it! Sign up for a group exercise class or register for a program. Strive to come to the Y at least 15 times in the first two months to get the most out of the Y. Stop by Member Services to inquire about classes or view the schedule here.
