Included with your membership:

A 30-minute wellness orientation with a Wellness Attendant. During this session, the attendant reviews the equipment within the Wellness Center, including how to operate cardio equipment and properly adjust selectorized strength machines and cable towers.

A 30-minute personal training consultation with a Personal Trainer for members interested in personal training services.  During the assessment, the trainer reviews a completed readiness questionnaire, discusses the member's SMART goals, and conducts a physical assessment based on the individual's needs and objectives. Following the assessment, the trainer and member review the results and discuss recommended next steps, including available personal training packages and service options.

Are you confused by all of the diets you've heard about? Whether you have questions on keto, gluten free or paleo, or are looking for a more individualized meal plan, nutrition counseling is right for you. We can help you with diet modification to lose weight, or be your healthiest self! Our nutritionists and coaches are certified and here to help you meet your needs. Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Cancellations: If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment for personal training or nutrition counseling, you must provide 24 hours notice. If you fail to notify your trainer or the branch 24 hours before an appointment, 1 appointment from your prepaid package will be deducted.

Refunds: All Personal Training, Nutrition Counseling and Private Lesson packages have a 12-month expiration from date of purchase. Packages or any unused sessions may be transferred to another individual one time and used within the original 12 month period. Refunds may be requested in writing within 30 days of purchase. When refunding partial packages within 30 days, used sessions are charged at the single session rate.
