This total body, mobility based workout is for all levels, using mainly bodyweight. Expect to improve stability, flexibility, agility, strength and cardiovascular health.
Lower cardio intensity options and no core floor work will raise heart rates for a total body workout, including cardio endurance. Senior fitness level.
