We also have group classes at two of our program branches, in East Hartford and Glastonbury.
Group exercise classes are among the most popular exercise programs offered by the YMCA. Whether you're a beginner or a disciplined athlete, we have a wide variety of classes for all levels. Burn calories, sculpt, shape and increase muscle tone—all in a friendly, social environment.
