Financial Assistance

The YMCA of Greater Hartford is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) charitable organization open to all and committed to helping people develop their fullest potential in spirit, mind and body. The commitment is reinforced by our belief in living out the universal values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.  The YMCA of Greater Hartford is here to serve people of all ages, backgrounds, abilities and incomes. The YMCA is community based and believes that its programs and services should be available to everyone.

We strive to serve the entire community by providing financial assistance, which is determined by individual applicant needs. The money used to fund this program is made possible by charitable donations made to the YMCAs Annual Campaign by friends and members.
