Parent-Child Tumblers
Parents accompany children as they explore the world of movement through gymnastics. Classes begin with a group warm up, followed by exciting circuits for two to three events. Explore events including the trampoline, balance beam, bars, vault, rings, climbing, tunnels, hoops, parachutes, floor exercises & more! Upon reaching age 3, children may advance to Tuckers.
Preschool Tuckers
Children participate independently from parents, and must be able to stay with a group and follow instructions. Classes begin with a group warm up, followed by exciting circuits for two to three events incorporating preschool equipment. Tunnels, hoops, parachutes, and more will be utilized. Learn forward rolls, swings, squat-ons, beam walks and more! Skills are taught on all apparatus. Upon reaching age 5, children may advance to Jumpers.
Preschool Jumpers
Ready for more or just starting out? This class is for beginners in this age group and those ready for more from our Tucker class. Class begins with a group warm up, followed by two or three exciting gymnastics events incorporating preschool equipment such as tunnels, hoops, parachutes, & more! Learn handstands, cartwheels, pullovers, beam rolls, pike-ons and more! Children may advance to Rollers Beginner class at any time, provided they demonstrate an ability to follow instructions and an interest in learning more challenging skills.
Preschool Kippers
This class is designed for advanced preschool gymnasts. Gymnasts must be evaluated into this level or advance from Jumpers.
Youth Rollers
This class is for first time gymnasts. Children will practice on all gymnastics equipment, focusing on rolls, cartwheels, handstands, casts, pullovers & more! Gymnasts will progress at their own pace learning basic skills, body positions, safety, and gym rules. Beginners will be divided by age when possible. Children advance based on instructor recommendation.
Youth Pikers
This class is for children who have mastered the skills taught in Rollers. Children will improve basic skills and learn new ones, all while progressing at their own pace. Learn back hip circles, round-offs, dive rolls, candle stick roll-ups & more! Children advance based on instructor recommendation.
Youth Kippers
This class is for intermediate to advanced gymnasts who have mastered the skills taught in Pikers. Gymnasts will improve their strength and flexibility while learning more challenging, advanced skills on all apparatus. Learn mill circles, beam handstands, round-offs, handstand flat back plus more! Children advance based on instructor recommendation.
Twisters Gymnastics Team

Gymnasts will put together skills into routines for competition. Skill development and mastery are the goals at this level. Gymnasts will compete regionally in both USAG and YMCA leagues. By invitation to YMCA members.
Parkour

Are you the next Ninja Warrior? Then this class if for you! Participants will learn to vault, flip and climb over obstacles. Learn to safely and creatively maneuver through any environment. Often referred to as "Urban Gymnastics".
