Strength Training
Regardless of your level of fitness, we have a strength class for you to help you enhance your flexibility, balance and overall muscle strength. From abs, glutes & legs to total body conditioning, choose the workout that's right for you.
Lift

LIFT is a strength and conditioning class that uses a variety of equipment to strengthen and tone all your major groups.
STRONG By Zumba®

A High Intensity Interval class using more traditional fitness moves for a more athletic conditioning-style workout. You use your own body weight to achieve muscle definition...Strong by Zumba is also characterized by a unique system of progression.
Abs & Stretch
This is a 30 min low impact class that focuses on core work and incorporates gentle stretch for improved flexibility and mobility
Strength Training
Regardless of your level of fitness, we have a strength class for you to help you enhance your flexibility, balance and overall muscle strength. From abs, glutes & legs to total body conditioning, choose the workout that's right for you.
Cardio
Burn calories, sculpt, shape, and increase muscle tone—all in a friendly, social environment.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

HIIT is a form of interval training with an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense exercise with less intense recovery periods. Intense cardiovascular exercise that improves athletic capacity and condition. Also improves fat burning and glucose metabolism.
Step
Fun, fast-paced class on the "Step". Get a great cardio and lower-body workout while learning fun combinations. Modified for beginner, intermediate, and power moves for advanced participants.
MetCon

Metabolic Condition is a high intensity class combining a variety of weightlifting, cardio, and plyometric movements for ultimate fat burning results.
Pound

POUND! Fuses full-body cardio interval training and conditioning with drumming to provide a challenging, heart-pumping workout that gives you the permission to rock using lightly weighted exercise drumsticks called RipStix.
RIPPED
R.I.P.P.E.D. is a total body workout, utilizing resistance and cardio training, which includes endurance, interval and plyometric exercises.
Kickboxing

This 60 minute cardio class is a fusion of martial arts and boxing movements that will challenge your entire body.
Zumba®

Zumba® is a fitness program inspired by Latin dance. Zumba® consists of Latin rhythms with cardiovascular exercise to create an aerobic routine that is fun and easy to follow. The name Zumba® is derived from a Colombian word meaning to move fast and have fun.
Cardio

Group Cycle
These high-energy group cycling classes combine heart-pumping music and instructor motivation with the body-changing effects of cardiovascular cycling. Work out at your own pace and enjoy the exhilaration of this challenging and inspiring exercise.
Group Cycle

A high-energy class that simulates an actual ride targeting heart rate zone training, lower body strength, endurance, and lots of sweat. Appropriate music is played to help motivate you through the ride.

A high energy spinning class taught on a stationary bike targeting heart rate zone training, lower body strength, endurance and lots of sweat. Abs are included in Group Cycle & Core.

Barre Fit

Barre Fit is a high-intensity barre workout that blends strength training with ballet-inspired movement. Designed to fatigue each muscle through targeted small-range movements. This class will effectively produce an exquisitely sculpted & lean body. Prepare to work on balance, shape your arms, contour your thighs, lift your seat and flatten your abs from a variety of positions with a mix of evolving & innovative choreography.
Zumba®

Senior Dance

A fun way to enjoy getting exercise in! Learn routines to all types of music including: top 40, oldies, disco, country & line dances too. No dance experience necessary.

Mind-Body, Yoga & Pilates
Mind and body classes, like yoga or pilates, are ideal for those wishing to improve flexibility, balance and tone while strengthening core muscle groups. These no-impact, low-intensity workouts include stretching and core-muscle training exercises to enhance mobility, create long strong muscles, a flat stomach, strong back, improved posture and a more streamlined body. Perfect for any age or fitness level.
yoga

A multi-level class for both new and experienced students. Yoga will help cultivate self-awareness and stress reduction while exploring strength, flexibility and balance. Using breath work, alignment, postures, sequences and relaxation techniques, students will leave having learned tools to use for their lifelong well-being.
Gentle Yoga
Perfect for all levels, this practice focuses the healing art Yoga on the student, while remaining deeply rooted of the vast treasury of the spirituality & wisdom within the yoga tradition.
Hatha Yoga

A multi-level workout using fundamental Yoga postures to encourage opening, breathing and bringing awareness within. Great for strength, flexibility, stress reduction—and balancing the mind, body and spirit. Techniques will be taught to increase self-awareness, nurture the inner spirit, and balance the mind and body.
Vinyasa Yoga
A dynamic and fluid Yoga style in which a specific sequence of breath-synchronized movements are used to transition between sustained postures. The linking vinyasas bring the body back to neutral so that one can fully feel the energetic effects of the practice. By emphasizing the breath throughout the Yoga practice the intention is one of a relaxed and rejuvenated mind and body.
Beats Meets Bliss Yoga

Join us for a fresh, new Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class—Set to a perfect mix of hip hop, R&B and soul. We’ll begin with an invigorating, all levels Sun Salutation based flow, then work our way to finishing class with some restorative yin movement and, of course, a relaxing Savasana. All set in a cozy, candle-lit room.
Silver Sneakers Yoga

This class offers a chair so you can perform a variety of seated and standing poses designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of motion. You will also practice breathing and relaxation techniques
Pilates
Based on the fundamentals of Joseph Pilates' principles, this class will focus on your body core. This method of total body conditioning trains both body and mind with a series of exercises that focus on increasing a balance of strength and flexibility through a use of flowing movements and breathing.

These popular classes are designed for the general population—all are welcome. The class participants will experience a great cardio workout while providing low-impact, muscular resistance, and a wide range of exercises.
Aqua Fitness

A low impact but high intensity water aerobics where no swimming skills are needed. This class is designed to improve
flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water to cushion the
feet, knees and back.

Aqua Zumba

Join the pool party. This class blends everything into a safe, challenging, watr based exercise that is body toning and most of all exhilarating!
Healthy Back

This aquatic class is for individuals whose back problems do not require treatment by a health care provider. The water’s buoyancy and resistance strengthen and balance the muscles, offering relief from the pain and discomfort experienced by many. Participants should be able to swim and be comfortable in deep water.

Senior Fitness
We offer a variety of fitness programs specifically designed for the older adults who seek cardiovascular, muscular strength, and flexibility exercise. In addition, we offer water exercise classes that are gentle on the joints. See above!
Senior Strength & Balance

A perfect fit for the beginner or anyone looking to improve flexibility and strength, two factors that have been proven to help reduce falls and improve balance.

Silver Sneakers Classic

Silver Sneakers Classic focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.
Silver Sneakers Circuit

The Silver Sneakers Circuit workout offers standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball. A chair is available for support.
Silver Sneakers Yoga

Silver Sneakers Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement.
Tai Chi/Chi Gong
Tai Gong is an eclectic mix of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. A graceful form of exercise used for reducing stress and treatment of a variety of other health conditions. Often described as meditation in motion. This class promotes serenity through gentle flowing movements. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.
