Diabetes Prevention Program
If you are at least 18 years old, overweight, and are at high risk of developing type 2 diabetes, this program can help! During the year-long program, you meet for 1-hour per week in a small group class with a trained Lifestyle Coach . The Lifestyle Coach provides class participants with the tools and the support to facilitate you on your journey toward healthier eating, increased physical activity, weight loss and sustainable behavior changes.
