Muscular Strength Classes

Life in uniform can be unpredictable, whether you’re a firefighter, EMT, police officer or any of the five military     branches, one minute things could be calm, and in the blink of an eye, you can find yourself in a circumstance where lives are threatened.  Your skill, experience and preparation can have a significant impact on the outcome. 
Preparation is everything! So what are we preparing for in this workout?  The answer is EVERYTHING!  With the careful instruction of 8 year Meriden Fire and personal trainer John Branigan, become the best you can be in your field.
