An intro version of TRX Suspension, a workout born out of the Navy SEALs. Suspension trianing bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. The focus is on technique, flexibility,balance and strength by developing basic foundational exercises through easy to follow progressiosn.
