For Youth Development: Swim, Sports & Play:
Participants at the Pike or Eel swim levels will concentrate on becoming more comfortable in the water, getting their face wet, blowing bubbles, floating on their fronts and backs with assistance, and working with lesson equipment independently. Participants at the Eel swim level may be able to swim more independently, can get their face wet, and will work on continuing to improve glides, arm movements, kicking, and safety in and around water. Participants will be swim tested the first day and then placed in a class that meets their needs. The instructors are all trained for these levels.
