How to apply:
1. Download the Financial Assistance Application.
2. Along with your completed application present your MOST recent pay stub and Federal Income Tax Return to the Member Service Center at your local branch.
3. You will be notified by e-mail, phone, or mail as soon as action is taken on your application.
4. Once notified, you will have 14 business days to meet with a YMCA representative to make final arrangements.
