Adult Healthy Living

Chase Race Training

Chase Race Training will consist of specific exercises to prepare for the obstacles and terrain encountered on the race course. Work will consist of agility, speed, power, and strength, for climbing, crawling, pushing, pulling, running and jumping. It will also help to develop mental toughness to be race ready.

Great Hartford Slimdown

Get 4 of your friends, family, or colleagues together, it's time to lose weight and never gain it back! 10 week competition, weekly workouts, weekly weigh ins, and prizes for winners! Compete against teams from your own branch or other teams accross the association!

Indian Valley Runners

This program will be coached by Caitlin Roston, a certified running coach with experience coaching individuals of all ages and abilities to compete in 5k's, 10k's, half marathon, and marathon races. This will prepare you to not only participate in races this Fall, but feel confident running! 
Participants get 15% off at the SoundRunner in Glastonbury just by signing up!
Workouts will be sent to participants weekly to run with the group or do on your own. Group runs are encouraged but not mandatory.
