02 Traditional Day Camp (Grades K-5)

YMCA Camp Cutler Traditional Day Camp is a state-licensed camp program designed so that campers participate in array of activities such as: swimming; arts and crafts; field gams; and family nights. Each week, the activities will be planned around a theme, including Carnival Week and Olympics week. Camp activities are recreational with an academic component.
Location: Hale YMCA Youth and Family Center, 9 Technology Park Drive, Putnam, CT 06260  
Days/Time: Monday-Friday • 6:30am-6:00pm
Session 1: June 18 -June 22 - Preview Week
Session 2:  June 25 -June 29 - Ignite Your Summer
Session 3:  July 2-July 6 - Holiday Week
*No Camp on Wednesday, July 4
Session 4:  July 9-July 13 - Color Wars
Session 5:  July 16-July 20 - Carnival Week

Enjoy having the ability for your child to spend part of their week at YMCA Camp Cutler! 3 Day program allows children access to camp Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for the week.

05 Half Day Kiddie Kamp (Ages 2-5)

Join us for the Hale YMCA's Half Day Kiddie Kamp from 9 AM-12 PM! Activities include swim, arts and crafts, and much more! Kiddie Kamp is for ages 2-5; children must be potty trained.

Join us for some great enrichment programs! The first half of the day will be focused on the core programs, and the second half of the day they will join with the entire Camp Cutler for afternoon activities.

07 Leaders In Training (LIT) Ages 11-13

Leaders in Training is the first of three stepping blocks to becoming a counselor. L.I.Ts spend part of each day working with a counselor becoming familiar with leadership, organization, and team-building. However, this special group of campers will also participate in traditional camp activities!

08 Counselor in Training (Ages 14-16)

Do you have what it takes to be a camp counselor? Being a CIT will help you on your way! The first part of the day will be spent as a group learning leadership skills and planning activities. The second part of the day will be spent shadowing a counselor and helping to lead a group of younger campers. Your lead counselor will evaluate you each week and give encouraging feedback. Each session the CITs will plan and execute a camp lesson.
