A comment made by visiting parents every summer is “I wish I could go to camp!” At Camp Jewell, parents can go to camp and they can bring the whole family! Family Camp provides the opportunity to enjoy all that camp has to offer with your loved ones. Family Camp is easy for parents! As an all inclusive program, parents don’t have to worry about scheduling activities, preparing meals, or entertaining their children.
Activities at Family Camp include archery, arts & crafts, climbing, candle-making, hiking, general sports, fishing, and seasonal activities such as snow-tubing, cross country skiing, ice skating, swimming, kayaking, and boating, just to name a few! Family campers also enjoy both our low and high ropes courses and horseback riding (seasonal).
Enjoy the company of additional friends and family and save money, too! During Family Camp we charge a flat rate for our main camp cabins and boathouse. Whether you reside with 4 or 12 people, it is still the same rate! Families may also choose to reside in our Seniors Cabin, a large hostel style bunk house. With the exception of New Year's Family Camp, each family camp session begins Friday after 5pm and ends Monday after lunch. Prices below include lodging for all three nights, 8 meals, programs, and special activities.
