We welcome all potential summer camper families and retreat leaders to visit Camp Woodstock and see for yourselves how beautiful it is. We are open 7 days a week and would love to show you the place we love any day, anytime of year. Our facilities will impress you from the spacious Lakeside Dinning Hall to the cozy shingled cabins with knotty pine interiors. All are nestled under tall pines beside one of Connecticut's most beautiful lakes.

Retreat Groups
Our program staff is experienced in leading a variety of groups including universities, churches and schools. We set the tone with fun games so your group can mingle and engage each other in a playful way. Groups will find exceptional facilities, unlike any in New England, that include fireplaces, meeting halls and breakout rooms. Woodstock's kitchen prepares high quality meals by a professional chef.

Welcome to Camp Woodstock YMCA
The Friendship Camp
Like any fine summer camp, Woodstock offers exceptional facilities and a wide variety of programs in a beautiful setting.
What sets us apart is the Woodstock spirit of friendship that results from our emphasis on our “ CHoRR” values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility. At Woodstock, these life skills are taught and caught along side camp skills. We strive to create a community where character-building and having fun come together in one special place.
Our summer camps offer many options for kids and teens.
We offer both one and two week sessions where boys and girls ages 7-14 choose from over 30 daily activities and participate in creative evening programs unlike anywhere else. Teens 15 years of age may apply to our popular four week Leader-in-Training Program. Woodstock's Teen Adventure Program takes 14 to 16 year olds to some of the East's best outdoor "playgrounds" for high adventure unmatched by video games.
