Many companies offer matching gift programs to encourage their employees to contribute to non-profit organizations, such as the YMCA of Greater Hartford. Most of these programs contribute dollar for dollar and some will double or triple the amount of your gift. Often, your spouse’s/partner’s company may match your gift.
