Satisfaction Guarantee
For Program Members:
- If you are not satisfied you may request in writing a full credit/refund of your program fee before the second class. You may also request a full credit/refund of your membership dues within 30 days of the start of your membership.
Other Credits/Refunds
- Withdrawal of Program Membership due to medical reasons: full credit/refund for the unused portion of the Program Fee (excludes Membership Fee); doctor’s note required.
- If the YMCA cancels a program, a credit/refund of program fee will be issued to you.
- Suspension or termination of Program Membership: full credit/refund for the unused portion of your program fee (excluding Program Membership Fee).
- Returned payment: Member responsible for service fee.
- Deposits: All deposits are for the purpose of securing a spot in a program and therefore are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- All credits valid for one year from date of issue.
