Join a team committed to improving the lives of children and families in the Hartford area. The YMCA of Greater Hartford is accepting applications for a Controller in our Finance Department. Responsibilities include monthly financial and management reporting, account reconciliations, cash management and staff supervision. Candidates must possess strong skills in accounting, analysis and problem solving, communication and supervision of staff. Candidates should also have strong personal computer skills as well as the ability manage accounting related issues within a database environment. Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks and a customer focused attitude are expected.
